Fully fire brick lined means the walls and floor are completely covered with firebricks. This means 60% more thermal mass than other Wood Heaters. A hotter fire means a cleaner burning fire.

Automatic Fan

The optional Two Speed fan has a unique feature - It's Automatic! In Automatic mode, the fan will only turn on when the heater reaches temperature, no more blowing cold air around the house.

Pacific Energy EBT (Extended Burn Time)n

The Neo Inbuilt has not one, but two fans. These are mounted on either side of the firebox to prevent sucking dust up (This is unique to the Pacific Energy range). And they are easy to clean. No need for a tech - its a true DIY service!

All Pacific Energy freestanding wood heaters have the option to attach an Outside Air Kit, drawing air from outside so your heater will work no matter how air tight your home is.

For the best results we recommend installing your Neo 2.5 with an Outside Air Kit and an Insulated Flue Kit. This gives you an additional 8% performance from your Neo and eliminates cold draughts in your home.
