- Order & Payment — A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure stock and pricing. Full payment must be made prior to dispatch or collection unless agreed in writing.
- Pricing — Prices are subject to change until a deposit is received. Pricing excludes installation, flue kits, and accessories unless stated.
- Stock & Lead Times — All supply is subject to availability. Lead times are estimates only and may change due to supplier or freight delays.
- Delivery — Delivery is to site only unless otherwise agreed. Unloading is the customer\'s responsibility. Safe and suitable access must be provided. Additional charges may apply for failed delivery or redelivery.
- Risk & Ownership — Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery or collection. Ownership remains with Wood Cookers until paid in full.
- Inspection — Goods must be checked on delivery or collection. Any damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours.
- Returns & Cancellations — No returns for change of mind. Cancelled orders may incur fees. Special order items cannot be cancelled once ordered.
- Product Suitability — The customer is responsible for ensuring the appliance is suitable for their needs and application. Wood Cookers accepts no liability for incorrect selection.
- Flue & Accessories — Flue kits, hearths, and accessories are not included unless specified. Compatibility of third-party components is the customer\'s responsibility.
- Storage — Storage fees may apply if goods are not collected or delivery cannot be arranged.
- Delays — Wood Cookers is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond its control.
- Payment Default — Overdue accounts may incur interest and recovery costs.
Installation Terms & Conditions
| 1. | Installation Standards — All installations will be completed in accordance with AS/NZS 2918 and manufacturer specifications by a qualified installer. |
| 2. | Delivery — Delivery is to site only. The client must ensure safe and suitable access for delivery. Redelivery or waiting time charges may apply. |
| 3. | Deposit — A 50% deposit is required to secure the installation date and order materials. No works will be scheduled or materials ordered until the deposit is received. |
| 4. | Final Payment — Full payment is due immediately upon completion of installation. The installer reserves the right to withhold commissioning, certification, or handover until payment is received in full. |
| 5. | Site Access — The client must ensure clear, safe, and unrestricted access to the installation area. Additional charges may apply if the site is not ready or access is restricted. |
| 6. | Variations — Any variations or unforeseen works will be quoted separately and must be approved prior to proceeding. |
| 7. | Flue & Clearance Requirements — Final positioning of the appliance and flue system is subject to required safety clearances. |
| 8. | Roof Penetration & Weatherproofing — Standard roof flashing is included. Additional costs apply for non-standard roof types or complex penetrations. |
| 9. | Electrical Work — Electrical work is excluded unless specified. Any required electrical work will be carried out at additional cost by a licensed electrician. |
| 10. | Structural Modifications — Minor cutting of linings is included. Structural alterations are excluded and will be quoted separately. |
| 11. | Warranty — Appliances covered by manufacturer warranty. Installation workmanship warranted for 12 months. Does not cover misuse or failure to follow instructions. |
| 12. | Cancellation / Rescheduling — A minimum of 72 hours notice is required. Late cancellations or rescheduling may incur fees. |
